Okay, so I know I said I would update on Mondays…and it’s Monday….but I’ve been doing this…..

And this….

And about a bajillion of these….

I do have several things I want to get written. The results of The Great Debate with pictures, some things about homeschooling and Asperger’s Syndrome, and the awful thing I did to The Boy a few days ago….all coming soon….it’s just so darn close to Christmas. Eight days to be exact.

So, how is it going with you? Do you have all of your shopping done? Baking? Presents Wrapped? Are you ready?

Gorgeous gorgeous tree! I do mine in a similar way, but it doesn’t look as pretty as yours.

Hi. I followed you here from PW’s blog. Congrats on being first! What a major accomplishment! Anyhow, I haven’t had time to really read much of your blog yet but I already love you because you homeschool and you say words like freak and crap. Can’t wait to read more!!!

We used to make the orange clove things too! I had forgotten about them. I remember how sore my fingers would be after though! I think I’ll do one this year but buy the smallest orange I can find!
The bracelets are beautiful! If I win the random thing prize, I’d love a brown one! :)
    Have a good day!

mel. Whoa. That is one gorgeously swanky tree. I love it! So that means you’re forgiven for being away (um, like I’ve actually been anywhere near this computer myself because I can’t deal with my nobrainer part time J.O.B.) And I love the beads sooooo much. I just think I might need some of those. And I love putting cloves in fruit before I sink it in the cider. I smells so lovely in the house. The RT helped me decorate something I made for a baking group I’m a part of. I have to wait until this Saturday to post it, though.

But since you asked, Shopping? Almost check. Baking? I’m doing New Year’s baking this year (and what a cool way to get off the hook, huh?) Presents wrapped? Started today. Ready? Sort of. Getting out the door by 9PM this Thursday for our flight to VA is the bigger issue right now. Wheeeeeee!

Have a very lovely and love-filled Christmas if I don’t make it back here in time, mel.

    Heart You!

Your tree is gawgeous! And so are those bracelets. As for me and Christmas, we’re done. Santa comes here Dec. 17th because of our weird travel schedule. Hope your days in the coming week are merry and bright!

The tree is beautiful! We used to make the pomanders every year, LOVE them! And the bracelets are great.

Oh and just so you don’t feel too bad:

I haven’t purchased ONE thing yet. Not one thing to put under the tree. Zip. Nada. Zilch.

    E-freaking GADS.

Um, I have almost nothing done yet. The tree is up, and most of the gifts have been bought. I’m pretty happy that I’ve made even minimal progress at this point. lol

You know why I haven’t been here in a while? Because I had all but given up on you, girl! So I come here hoping for one small update, and there are several! Yippeee!

Your tree is absolutely gorgeous, is it real?

Wow, you ARE having a busy time! How did the orange things come out? We made those at work once with the seniors… I love how they smell! The old people kept trying to eat them though…

Hmm Christmas has just about killed me this year and add to the mix Too (14) just asked for an Aspergers diagnosis. Now. Right now. Before Christmas thankyouverymuch. We have always known but on advice and experience never actually sought a formal dx.

Well all she wants for Christmas…..

Oh and how bizarre is this. I haven’t told anyone yet. Been exploding my brain and I haven’t said anything to anyone but you….. and your bazillion readers :)

I love the title of your blog. We always say something is , “craptacular” here. I am almost done with the Christmas shopping but still worried I did not get enough for a few people. Pitiful!
